If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve probably come to know me as Veronica from NailsLeBelle.

The nail technician.
The educator.
The business owner.

But behind all of that, I’m also a mom, a daughter, a woman still learning, growing, healing, and figuring life out one season at a time.

For a long time, I’ve wanted to start a podcast.

I wanted a place where I could talk about more than nails. A place where I could share the journey behind the business, the lessons I’ve learned, the mistakes I’ve made, the victories I’ve celebrated, and the life that’s happening outside of the nail desk.

Truthfully…

I’ve been putting this off for months.

I kept telling myself I needed better equipment.
A better setup.
More experience.
More confidence.

I kept waiting for everything to be perfect.

But today I realized something.

Perfection is often what keeps us from beginning.

So even though this first episode isn’t perfect…

I did it.

And honestly, I think that says more than waiting another six months for the “perfect” moment.

Because growth doesn’t happen when everything is perfect.

Growth begins the moment you decide to start.

That’s exactly what this podcast represents for me.

A new beginning.

Why “The NLB Glow Up”?

When people hear the words “glow up,” they usually think about appearance.

But to me…

A glow up is so much deeper than that.

It’s becoming the woman you’ve been praying to become.

It’s learning to choose yourself without guilt.

It’s building confidence.

Creating healthier habits.

Growing your business.

Being present with your family.

Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit.

It’s becoming more intentional every single day.

And I want this podcast to reflect all of those things.

What You Can Expect

The NLB Glow Up is where beauty meets growth.

We’ll have honest conversations about entrepreneurship, motherhood, mindset, wellness, personal growth, relationships, confidence, faith, and of course… nails.

Sometimes we’ll laugh.

Sometimes we’ll have difficult conversations.

Sometimes I’ll simply sit down with a cup of coffee and share what’s on my heart.

My hope is that every episode leaves you feeling encouraged to keep becoming the best version of yourself.
